If you do not accept these terms please do not use this Website or the services provided by us as described on this Website. We want the terms and conditions to meet your needs and the needs of our other clients, and we expect that these terms and conditions will evolve over time.

Definitions: Where the context admits: "We" or "Us" includes India-Designs whose office is located in Rohini, Delhi or any party acting on India-Designs implicit instructions. "You" includes the person purchasing the services or any party acting on the customer's instructions.

1. By ordering Services You are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
2. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
3. Refunds will be given at Our discretion regarding Domain Registration and/or Data Entry
4. Handling complaints: If you have any complaints regarding Services received from Us, please send an email
5. You agree to keep us up to date with any changes in your contact details. This includes the provision of a working email address that you regularly check.
6. Subject to 5 immediately above, We will not be held liable or responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damages to Your business or that of any third party.
7. Payment: We are currently accepting Paypal (if the transaction is above $500) and Wire Transfers directly to bank account. Note: Transaction including paypal or wire transfer must be included with fees or taxes where apply.
8. All payments must be cleared within the period of 15 days. for instance if a month ends on 31st payment must be transfered untill 15th of the following month
9. If You fail to pay any sums due to us as they fall due, We may discontinue or cancel any Services without notice to you.
10. You may cancel the Services at any time after clearing the due payments.
11. We will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. This includes loss of data at your end after delivered by us and approved by you.
